单组份自干喷漆面油墨

1、油墨特性：慢干，高光泽，附着力优异，颜色鲜艳。

2、适用材料：各种喷过UV光油的工件表面，某些电镀，五金件。

3、技术参数：

粘度：15000—3000CPS；

光泽：白色 50°、黑色、80° 、彩色 80°；

过网性：77T—180T

自干测试时间：48小时，烘干80摄氏度— 100摄氏度，烤半小时；放置24小时测试。

耐酒精：99％酒精1000g力来回**过不去35次（较少）；
耐磨：1000g力来回**过25次（较少）；
耐纸带：200g力来回35次（较少）。
4、稀释剂的选择：

a．S—3慢干开油水，S—3A快干开油水

b.洗网水—718洗网

5、注意事项：

a.使用前将油墨与固化剂搅拌均匀，用后随时封闭；

b.根据需要须添加15％—20％固化剂（DUV-01）

c.施工件在施工前清除表面油渍及污物；

d.需多色套印时应等前面的颜色表干后进行套色；

e.在作测试时应先让墨层完全干燥 ；

f.未经许可，不得将油墨与其它油墨混合及配色。

6、应急处理措施：

a.如浸溅到眼部立即清水清洗，严重者就医。

　 b. 灭火急救措施：用干粉，泡沫灭火器或沙子灭火。

4, diluent selection:
A.S - 3 slow dry open water, S - 3A - Open Water
B. wash net water - 718 washing nets
5, matters needing attention:
A. before using the ink and curing agent mixing evenly, after use at any time to close;
B. add 15% - 20% curing agent (DUV-01) as required
C. construction in construction before the removal of surface grease and dirt;
D. should wait in front of the multi-color color table dry after topping;
E. should make the ink layer completely dry before testing;
F. without permission, shall not be mixed with other ink ink and color matching.
6, emergency treatment measures:
A., such as splash into the eyes immediately clean water, serious medical treatment.
B. fire fighting first aid measures: dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand fire.
