欧莱斯：移印自干金属油墨

1、 适用材质：金属、电镀、氧化铝、电解板、铝塑板、喷（烤）漆、喷塑、PA塑料尼龙、电木、玻璃钢、密胺等。

2、 产品特性：半光、免烘烤、耐酒精、耐冲压。

3、 稀释剂：本公司B-03稀释剂或783慢干稀释剂。

4、 固化剂：本产品为单组份油墨，如有特殊要求也可选择添加固化剂增加附着力及墨层抗性。

5、 油墨调配：充份搅拌后取所需用量进行调配使用，双组份油墨先按比例添加固化剂搅拌均匀，然后再添加稀释剂稀释到合适粘度进行印刷；添加固化剂后的油墨**过使用时限会产生粘稠胶化现象，请及时清洗网版，并弃用油墨，不可回收。

6、 网版及刮胶：适合80T-140T（200目-350目）聚脂网纱，聚氨脂PU油性刮胶。

7、 干燥条件及时间：本产品可以常温干燥，也可以烘烤快速干燥，建议干燥温度及时间为25℃/24小时，60℃/40分钟，80℃/30分钟，100℃/20分钟。

8、 性能检测：
用3M600胶带划百格测试**无脱落；
用棉布沾95%工业酒精以500G力水平来回擦拭100次无脱色；
1mm厚铝片在印刷位置进行冲断、卷边、延压后边缘位置**无脱落；

9、 包装规格：1KG/胶罐，12罐/箱。

10、储存条件：置于干燥通风处常温保存；避免高温、太阳直射，严禁烟火。

11、注意事项：请向我司索取《MSDS安全使用手册》，并按指引进行安全生产。Oles: pad dry metal ink

5, ink deployment: fully mixing after the dosage required for the deployment, two-component ink first adding curing agent according to the proportion of mixing evenly, then add the diluent to the appropriate viscosity of printing ink; curing agent is added after more than the use of time will produce viscous gel phenomenon, please clean the screen, and abandoned ink Unrecyclable.
6, screen and frictioning: for 80T-140T (200 -350 mesh) polyester mesh, polyurethane PU oily frictioning.
7, drying conditions and time: This product can be dry at room temperature, you can also bake fast drying, drying temperature and time is recommended for /24 hours of 25, /40 minutes, 80 /30, /20 minutes.
8, performance testing:
3M600 tape with a hundred test ** without shedding;
Cotton cloth with 95% industrial alcohol 500G force level to wipe back and forth for 100 times without decolorization;
1mm thick aluminum sheet in the printing position of the punching, crimping, pressure after the edge of the ** position without shedding;
9, packaging specifications: 1KG/ plastic cans, 12 cans / box.
10, storage conditions: placed in a dry ventilated room temperature preservation; avoid high temperature, direct sunlight, no fireworks.
